Alternative Dispute Resolution

Promoting Harmonious Settlements through Mediation and Conciliation

Overview

The Directorate of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provides an innovative approach to justice by offering parties a platform to resolve their disputes amicably without the rigors and adversarial nature of traditional litigation.

By utilizing Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration, the ADR center helps to reduce the caseload of the courts while preserving relationships between parties. It is a faster, more cost-effective, and confidential way to achieve a "win-win" outcome for all involved.
